Very knowledgeable and super easy to work with. It’s extremely rare that you find someone who has so much real estate market knowledge while being easy to work with and down to earth! I’ve seen realtors do the typical process of opening up a home, walking throughout the house and regurgitating the listing details. With Shaun, this guy would take his time and proactively discuss details on the property. These details could be concerns, benefits, or related property information that would help make a decision. No pressure at all, if anything the pressure came from me texting in the wee hours of the night.
